IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Professional installation is highly recommended as there is an airbag and existing switches, wiring harness to be handled.
- Our steering comes with aftermarket scroll wheels preinstalled. Your installer just needs to plug the new scroll wheel wiring harness under the airbag.
- The delivery timeframe for all custom steering wheel orders is 4 to 6 weeks from the ordering date.
- Color matching of the stitching and bottom Y panel may not be 100%
- Color matching to any other accessories you may have in your car is possible but may not be accurate. Call us for more information
- Cleaning your steering wheel requires care. Please use a good cleaner and ensure it is always kept clean to ensure years of use.
- Warranty or replacement options are applicable if there is a fault in manufacturing your steering wheels.
- There are no returns as this is a fully custom steering wheel made just for you.
A NOTE ABOUT WHITE LEATHER:
Our white leather options yolk can get dirty with time, this is normal. We advise cleaning white leather regularly with a good quality leather cleaner for white leather. This will ensure years of use.
INSTALLATION:
- No specialised tools needed, we provide a hex driver with the steering wheel free of charge
- This modification does not impact anything else in your vehicle, all electronics, computer systems and hardware work exactly the same, we are providing you with a customized steering wheel shell, the same buttons and airbag are used.
- Installation takes 1 to 2 hours however professional installers should be able to do it in less than 1 hour
- When searching for local installers, you can search for local auto shops, specialized audio, detailing, upholstery automotive performance and customization workshops.
- You can book them for 1 to 2 hours as that's what they would probably ask as a minimum booking.
- Installation of an aftermarket steering wheel does not impact warranty of every other component of your Tesla.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled during production. if the wheel is defective or arrived damaged, an exchange/refund is eligible within 15 days after receiving the product.
Cancellation
Every order will be manually reviewed by one of our agents. Once details are confirmed a cancellation can not be made.Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
