We may cancel your order as long as your product is not submitted to us for fulfillment within 24 hours. After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. There are no cancellation fees within 24 hours of placing an order. Once your order has been shipped, normal return and refund policies will begin. If you change your mind, be sure to cancel your order within 24 hours.

We typically submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the sooner you let us know about your cancellation, the more likely we are to make it happen.

If your order has been shipped, we ask that you adhere to our return policy upon receipt of the product to receive a refund.
